BUSINESS SITUATION

Our client, a global consulting firm, specializing in technology, telecommunications, and media, sought to understand the customer outcomes and drivers for 5G investments. The objective was to evaluate:

Questionnaire Design: Focused on themes such as:

Data Analysis: Delivered the final data set in MS Excel and SPSS, slicing data tables based on communication themes and geographic trends.
