A prominent research and advisory firm based in Europe sought assistance in analyzing telecom regulatory developments across 34 countries. A team of dedicated SGA analysts collaborated with the client’s Regulation team to update a comprehensive report on the topic. Regulatory developments in each of the 34 countries are captured and analyzed in a separate report, which is updated on an annual basis.
SGA shares the interim draft (i.e., five–six days of work) with the client for review. The client provides feedback with comments and guidance for optimal utilization of the remaining time. After receiving the reviewed interim draft, SGA prepares the final draft using the remaining days and sends it back to the client for another round of review.
The report offers a comprehensive overview of the regulatory environment in a specific country, highlighting key developments over the past year, including opinions and recommendations based on the analysis.
